Shipping Method & Costs
Shopforcoffeebeans.com.au integrates with both Australia Post and courier companies to obtain real-time shipping quotes. Depending on your delivery location and the items you are purchasing, you may be given the option of selecting which method of shipping you prefer. We will always offer you the cheapest method of shipping available to us. Please note that, if your delivery address is to a post office box, only delivery via Australia Post will be possible.
You can estimate the shipping costs at any time from within our product pages, prior to adding an item to your shopping cart. You also have the option to check the total shipping cost from within the shopping cart, prior to checkout, or make changes to the contents of your shopping cart. You may be able to save on postage costs by combining items in your shopping cart, and may also be eligible for promotions which may include free shipping or discounted postage. Shop For Coffee Beans will always advise you if you are eligible for such a discount prior to checkout. You also have the ability to apply promotional discounts that you may have already received when you are at the checkout stage.
Regardless of the shipping method, you will always be provided with a tracking number once your item is shipped. All orders must be successfully paid in full prior to shipping commencing, unless we have agreed with you otherwise.
Please note that any delivery times provided are estimates only, and apply from the date of dispatch not the date orders are received.
Refund & Returns Policy
Once a purchase has been completed and shipped we are not able to modify the contents or the shipping address. Please choose your items carefully when ordering and ensure your delivery details are current and correct.
Because our coffee is a fresh product we are not able to offer returns. Brewing equipment may be eligible for a return if within 14 days from the date of purchase, and we can verify that the product shows no sign of use, wear or damage, and can be returned in the original packaging. This policy does not include the cost of return shipping. Returns will only be accepted with prior approval from Shop For Coffee Beans, and where we have provided you with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation).
In all instances please Contact Us first via our online form to ensure a quick reply. Please include your details, information on the product in question and your order number. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products that we offer and on the quality of our service.
We know that when you are ordering coffee, you want your coffee beans delivered as quickly and as freshly as possible. That is why we always aim to ship your order on the same day or the next business day. We strive to keep our website an accurate reflection of available stock, however in the unlikely event that an order is submitted for a product which is unavailable we will contact you to advise and provide alternative options where possible. Because Shop For Coffee Beans will only partner with specialty roasters, the coffee which we list is always freshly roasted, ensuring that when it arrives at your address it is in the best condition possible and ready for your enjoyment.
All of the roasted coffee which Shop For Coffee Beans stocks is packaged in a sealed bag with a one-way valve which enables CO2 gas to escape while helping to keep your coffee fresh. Note that we will always recommend you purchase your roasted coffee as whole beans to ensure maximum freshness. See the Brew Guides section of our site for more information.
